Terms of Service
Effective September 19, 2026
Using Mart
These terms are an agreement between you and COLDWIRES LLC, which operates Mart. They cover the website, app, and API. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have authority to accept it for any organization you represent. Contact support@mart.dev with questions.
Independent from LinkedIn
Mart is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. LinkedIn and its logos are trademarks of their respective owners. References to LinkedIn describe the source or type of data available through Mart, and do not imply a partnership or access to an official LinkedIn API.
Mart does not grant permission to use another company’s trademarks or copyrighted material. Public availability is not the same as being in the public domain. You are responsible for any permissions or other lawful basis needed for your use of returned information.
Accounts and API keys
Use accurate account information and keep your password and API keys secure. You are responsible for requests made with your account or keys. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not create additional accounts to repeatedly claim free credits, share accounts to bypass limits, or misrepresent your identity.
Acceptable use
Use Mart for lawful purposes and comply with applicable privacy, data-protection, and marketing requirements. Do not bypass authentication or access controls, attempt to obtain nonpublic information, evade request limits, disrupt the service, or use data to harass, deceive, or unlawfully discriminate against people. A work email in a response is not permission to send unsolicited messages. You are responsible for your product, your users, and the purpose and lawful basis of your data use.
Data and service availability
Fields vary by source, record, and endpoint. Information can be missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. An email verification status does not guarantee delivery. Response times vary with source availability and demand; advertised timings are not a service-level guarantee. Review results before relying on them for important decisions. The service and third-party data are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
How credits work
One returned row uses one credit. Empty results and failed requests use no credits. Free signup credits expire after 30 days. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly credits refill each billing month and expire 30 days after each grant without rollover. Credits are service allowances, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Requests requiring more credits than you have may be rejected. Published request and concurrency limits apply to every plan.
Purchases and monthly subscriptions
Checkout shows the credit allowance, price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes before payment. Monthly plans automatically renew until you cancel. Cancel through Billing before the next renewal to prevent the next subscription charge; cancellation does not itself refund prior payments. You can use remaining credits until their stated expiry. Automatic overage is not enabled. Purchase an additional pack if you need more credits.
Billing problems and refunds
If a payment, credit balance, or renewal looks wrong, contact support@mart.dev with your account email and invoice details. We review refund requests individually, including unused credits, service problems, and any rights required by law. Do not send full payment-card details. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ownership and third-party content
Mart retains rights in its software, branding, and original website content. You may use the app and API for their intended purpose while your account is in good standing. Third-party records, text, images, and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Do not misrepresent their source or remove required attribution or legal notices.
Changes, suspension, and closure
We may suspend access for misuse, payment problems, security risks, or legal requirements. We may change features, endpoints, pricing, or limits. Material changes affecting existing paid access will be communicated where practical or required; revised prices will be disclosed before they apply to a new purchase or renewal. If we discontinue a service affecting unused purchased access, contact us so we can address that entitlement. You can request account closure through support.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mart is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by a customer’s misuse of data or third-party service interruptions. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Updated terms will be posted here with their effective date, with additional notice where required.
